Can I submit an idea or request a specific design theme?

Absolutely. We view this brand as a shared space, and we highly encourage our community to help shape the direction of future collections. If you have a concept, a phrase, or a specific design theme you would love to see brought to life on our premium apparel, we want to hear it.

How do I share my design ideas or product feedback?

The best way to get your concepts directly in front of our design team is to email us at support@choosebettershop.com. While we cannot guarantee that every submission will make it into a final collection, we review every single email and take community input seriously when planning our future drops.

Do you offer custom printing or personalized 1-of-1 items?

At this time, we only produce our own curated collections and are unable to offer custom printing, individual personalization, or one-off design modifications for retail orders. However, your feedback directly influences the blanks, colors, and styles we choose for upcoming releases!

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We believe in producing our inventory responsibly. To eliminate excess waste and focus on quality, our production process begins carefully preparing your items once your order is confirmed. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be meticulously fulfilled before it ships. Once on the move, your complimentary standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days domestically.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we only offer our complimentary standard ground shipping to ensure our logistics remain seamless and dependable. We hope to introduce faster, expedited shipping tiers in the near future as our operations scale.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. While we are currently focused on serving our domestic community, expanding to international shipping is something we are actively planning for the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Our fulfillment pipeline begins processing orders quickly to minimize delays. If you need to request a modification or cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Product & Care

How should I care for my garments to ensure longevity?

To preserve the crispness of the graphic prints and the structure of the gold embroidery, we recommend the following routine:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors on a gentle cycle.

  • Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach and heavy fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry for maximum lifespan.

  • If ironing is needed, always iron inside-out on a low setting and never directly over printed details.

Will my apparel shrink after washing?

Our premium t-shirts are cut from pre-shrunk combed cotton to drastically minimize shrinkage and retain their shape. Our heavy fleece hoodies are built from a dense cotton-poly blend engineered for structural stability. Adhering to the cold-wash, low-heat care guidelines will keep your pieces looking sharp for years.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want our foundational goods to be a seamless fit for your daily life. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives defective or incorrect?

We hold our craftsmanship to an exacting standard. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away with a clear photo of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or correction to you immediately at no additional cost.
